Who is responsible

For this website, BeeNext SRL (BV) (Bee-Next, BE 1014.212.895, Rue Haute 35, 1000 Bruxelles, contact@bee-next.eu) is the controller.

For the Autopilot service, you, the landlord, are the controller of your tenants’ data. Bee-Next acts as your processor under a data processing agreement.

What this website collects

• Nothing you type in the free tools is sent to us or stored by us: the calculations run in your browser.
• Your language choice is kept in your browser (local storage). No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
• No external fonts, scripts or trackers: your browser contacts no other server, except our waitlist database when you send the beta form.
• The site is hosted by OuiHeberg (ouiheberg.com), which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages.

Beta and contact requests

The beta form stores what you enter (name, email, number of units, region, profile, types of rental, message) in our waitlist, hosted by Supabase in the European Union, with the date of your consent. We use it only to organise the beta and to tell you when your region opens. We keep it for 12 months at most, and delete it earlier on request. If sending fails, the form prepares an email in your own mail app instead.

The demo app

The demo keeps its portfolio, and anything you add, in your browser only. The AI lease import sends the lease you choose to Claude (Anthropic) so it can read it; we do not store it.

The Autopilot service

• Minimum data: no national register numbers, no source of income, no protected characteristics of tenants.
• Hosted in the European Union; our subprocessors are listed in the data processing agreement.
• Every action is recorded in a log you can consult.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use: write to contact@bee-next.eu. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
